We have had an incredible season. Most of the inside repairs have been completed. Once the roof was finished, we began on the interior.
New epoxy floors, ceiling tiles replaced, electric done, new cabinets and butcher block counters, fresh barn doors to separate the two rooms, new exist doors all around.
We've named our rooms the Spoonbill Room (because we do our Big Breakfasts in here) and the Ibis Room. We have some very exciting things planned for the future.
We have hosted memorials, concerts, games and parties. It has been so wonderful to have this community center going strong again.
Thank you to the community for all your support, funds, activities, enthusiasm ... this island is full of some exceptional humans who contribute so much to our island life.
