We are delighted to inform you that the septic system repair and replacement have been finished. Grass installation is planned for next week.
We are extremely grateful for the patience and support from our community throughout this period. The past few months have been challenging, but now we can start enjoying our activities and events once more.

Project 2: New Epoxy Floor (already paid for itself as it is flood proof)
Project 3: Painted the interior of the building
Project 4: New Lower Hardwood Cabinets
Project 5: A mural on the East wall of Spoonbill room painted by Kellie Canterbury Simpson
Project 6: Failed all line items on Fire Inspections; fixed all issues and passed with flying colors.
Project 7: Discovered building Cornerstone and Honored it in the front of the building
Project 8: Installed bike racks and painted them coastal colors
Project 9: New Audio/Visual equipment including a 110-inch projection screen and Bluetooth speaker system
Tree Trimming on the front portion of the property (the large tree at the end of the building was in danger of crushing the west side of our facility)
Replaced all first aid equipment and expired items
Bingo machine repaired

Shaded area where Lanai was destroyed by Hurricane Ian
